Traditional air-cooled data centers have a variety of designs and reliabilities.

Air flow, air change frequency and ambient conditions mainly affect the reliability and function of the cooling system.

In these cooling systems, proper air filtration, airflow management and intelligent ventilation automation greatly increase the uptime, reliability and hardware life.

Our experience with heat exchangers for dielectric fluid cooling system includes dry cooler of high-speed cryptocurrency miners.

We design and manufacture a variety of heat exchangers which are applicable for cooling dielectric fluid, e.g. BitCool fluids, Shell fluids, etc. in stainless steel immersion tanks.

Features

We have epoxy Al fin, inner grooved copper tube, flange, adiabatic system and EC/AC fans custom engineered for various end use conditions and geographies.

And to guarantee the product quality, we use full automatic weilding device and automatic spray equipment from Germany in our processing line.
